I have bought my mom a pixie dust pass but she has another account that doesn’t show here pass how can I get it to show it on the account with the pass

Greetings Tonia and welcome to planDisney!

I am so excited to welcome your mother to the Walt Disney World Annual Passholders club!  I’m a proud member even though I have always lived thousands of miles away from the magic!  I’ve been an Annual Passholder from Michigan, North Carolina, and even Montana!

Tonia, now that you’ve made the plunge and purchased the Disney Pixie Dust Pass for your mother, let’s make sure it is properly linked to her account.  If you purchased the Pixie Dust Pass through your My Disney Experience account, it should already be linked to your account. To check, log into your account and on the top header on the far-right hover over “My Disney Experience”.  On the drop-down menu, select “My Plans and Tickets”. Scroll down until you see “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets” and select “Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker”. This is the spot where you should see any theme park tickets that are linked to your account under the “Tickets” header. Scroll down to “Annual Passes” where you should see your Disney Pixie Dust Pass. Make sure it is linked to your mom who needs to have already been linked to your My Disney Experience account via your “My Family & Friends” list.

If you don’t see the Pixie Dust Pass, follow this list of instructions to link the Annual Pass to your account.

Tonia, you will also be able to access the Annual Pass through the My Disney Experience mobile app once it has been linked. Open your account, click on the three lines in the lower right-hand corner and select “My Tickets & Passes”. This is where you will see all of the tickets that are linked to your account. Just scroll across the screen to see all the tickets and who they are linked to.  Make sure the Pixie Dust Pass is linked to your mom.

If there are still issues with multiple accounts for your mom and there is a need for help getting the correct account linked to the Pixie Dust Annual Pass, don’t hesitate to phone the annual passholders help line and a friendly Cast Member will get it all sorted out for you!

Tonia, one thing to keep in mind is that the Annual Pass will only activate the first time that your mom scans into a Walt Disney World Theme Park. The official expiration date is not tied to your purchase date, but to the activation date of the pass.

Tonia, I hope you and your mom have many magical memories together and don’t forget to enjoy a Mickey Bar or two!
