Hi Tim,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
First, let me say thank you for your service! Second, I have to say I am thrilled to see you planning what I shall presume is a much-needed vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort. You are correct that the ticket expiration date may be what is giving you some trouble with making those
Disney Park Pass selections.
To check the expiration dates on those tickets, log into
My Disney Experience. Once logged in, click on My Plans. Underneath My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets, you should see a tab that says Daily Itinerary and one that says Tickets & Memory Maker. If you click on the tab that says Tickets & Memory Maker, you should be able to see the actual expiration dates of your tickets. If not, try using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App and click on Tickets and Passes.
If your tickets have been extended and you still cannot make any Disney Park Pass system selections, I recommend that you contact a Cast Member in Website Support at 407-939-4357. If your ticket dates have not yet been extended, you may want to contact a Cast Member in Existing Tickets at 407-566-4985 to make sure your tickets were eligible for a date extension. I can also say that it took a little while for us to see our Annual Pass expiration dates extended automatically. The day I tried to call, the passes were literally automatically extended while I was on hold for a Cast Member.
Tim, as you prepare for your visit, do be sure to review the
travel updates as well as updates for
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels,
Dining Experiences, and
theme park experiences. If you have a few superheroes-in-training in the family, be sure to show them how to prepare for their next
Incredible Disney Day. And since it sounds like you might be the lead superhero, be sure to
find everyone's supersuit accessories - we are thrilled to welcome you back to a
world of magic!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
