I did some checking, and if you
purchased your tickets through Shades of Green, you will need to wait until you have arrived at Walt Disney World to modify your ticket. You can request a ticket change at
the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs or at any of the ticket windows located outside the four theme parks. I recommend doing this on your very first day, so that
you can book Lightning Lanes for day five right away!
Pro Tip: If you are arriving a day or two before you start your theme park adventure, set aside some time to head to a park to get the tickets changed even sooner, and get a head start on your Lightning Lane booking! If you purchased your tickets in person at a military base ticket office, I recommend stopping by to see if they can change your tickets before you arrive. It is important to note that ticket changes may be based on availability, and you will need to add the extra day before you use the last day of your four-day ticket.
