Hi, we bought Mickey's Very Merry Christmas tickets for a previous year but we were unable to go. So, we still have the tickets...we just need to make a reservation. Whats the best way to do that once they go on sale for 2026?

Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney, Darryl! We are halfway to Christmas, so let's talk about it!

There's no doubt that Christmas at Walt Disney World Resort is truly magical! The parks and resorts are all decked in lights and garland, favorite characters are dressed in their holiday best, and don't get me started on all the seasonal treats! While there are so many wonderful ways to celebrate, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party holds a special place in my heart. Some of my most treasured family memories have been made at this event.

Unlike other Disney tickets, the value of holiday party tickets can sometimes be put towards a future date if unused. To do this, call Walt Disney World Tickets and Hotel Reservations and speak to a Cast Member. If this year's tickets cost more than your previous ones, you will need to pay the difference. Tickets are scheduled to go on sale next month. Disney Resort hotel guests can buy party tickets beginning July 9, and they are available to all other guests on July 16.

One perk of attending this special event is experiencing the attractions that have been given a special twist for the season. Jungle Cruise is transformed into Jingle Cruise, and Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor adds festive jokes, among other updates. My favorite part, though, is the live entertainment. I always catch the show on the Cinderella Castle stage, and Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas Parade is the perfect way to end the night! Disney Parks Blog has a post with all the details, as well as some good tips, so be sure to check it out!

Darryl, I wish you the most amazing time celebrating the holidays at The Most Magical Place on Earth! If there's anything else we can do to help you with your planning, please come back and see us
