Bought Mickey hats last trip at Le Chapeau in MK and had them embroidered with regular cursive writing. Didn't like the way it turned out (too light). Can we unstitch and bring them back and pay to have them redone? No more receipt as was 2 yrs ago.

    Hi Celestina!

Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!

Le Chapeau, at Magic Kingdom park, will only provide stitching for any items that were bought on-site, and therefore I don't see any reason why you cannot unstitch your hats and bring them back for re-stitching - especially as you are willing to pay for them to be redone.  I know you don't have your receipts, but does the hat still have it's 'Walt Disney World' tag inside?

Anyway, I would definitely ask at the store, I am sure they will be able to help you!

If you have any other questions, please come back and ask me - I would be happy to help you plan your magical vacation!
