As someone who takes full advantage of having
Memory Maker, I can imagine what it's like to return home in search of all of those shots to share and not
finding a way to download them. Now while here at planDisney we don't have the access that the
Disney PhotoPass Service Cast Members may have to resolve any technical issues, here are a few tips that might help:
- When you hover your mouse over one of the images, you should see a small checkmark icon within a circle that appears in its top-right corner; this turns green when you click on it to indicate that you have selected that particular image. Once you do this, additional menu selections drop down near the top of the page, including a large Download button that you can click to save this image. You can repeat this process with as many photos or video clips as you like, or select multiples at once!
- Alternatively, clicking on an image in your media gallery directly may open it in its own window with a blue icon representing a downward-pointing arrow that will also allow you to download it when clicked. (Be careful as this is right next to the trash can icon that will delete the image from your gallery!)
If you're still unable to download anything, your best bet may be to
contact Disney PhotoPass Service directly so that they can look into your account and see where they can troubleshoot the issue. Hopefully however, you're able to find your way to save and keep all of these magical memories without too much trouble!
