I had the exact same thing happen to me a couple of years ago. Even though I had purchased Memory Maker, I did not see it anywhere on our
My Disney Experience account. However, once I was in the theme parks and had a PhotoPass picture taken, I was able to click on that picture in the My Disney Experience mobile app, activate my Memory Maker, and all was well!
I suggest bringing your proof of purchase for Memory Maker with you when you visit the Walt Disney World Resort. Once your first PhotoPass photo is taken, check the
My Disney Experience mobile app. When the picture is on your account, select it, and you should be given the option to activate your Memory Maker. If this does not work, take your proof of purchase to Guest Relations or a
Disney PhotoPass Center and ask a Cast Member for assistance.
You can also contact Disney prior to your visit by
email or
phone and ask them to verify that the Memory Maker purchase shows on their records.
