Hi there, Alicia - welcome to
planDisney!
Thanks so much for stopping by with a question for our team of panelists. We love to help Guests just like you get the most magic out of your Walt Disney World Resort vacations!
Memory Maker is a great option for capturing all of your memorable moments throughout your vacation, however, all media does expire after 45 days. I'm sorry to hear that there was some confusion about the expiration date of your media, and I can understand how frustrating that is.
Disney PhotoPass does offer a one-time 15-day extension on that expiration date, but it needs to be purchased
before your media expires. For this situation, it doesn't sound like that will be an option, but this is something you should know about for the future. It can be purchased from the
Photo Products page right within your PhotoPass account!
It sounds like the media from your Memory Maker has already expired, so I suggest you call 407-560-4300 to speak with a PhotoPass Cast Member. They can take a look at your account and provide additional information about what options you may have available. Just to manage your expectations, keep in mind that the standard policy is that media is no longer available for purchase or download once expired. It's possible that your photos and videos have already been removed from the servers.
I know this isn't likely the answer you'd hoped for, but my hope is that it gets you on the right track or at least helps out the next time you purchase Memory Maker, Alicia. If you have any additional questions, feel free to
stop by any time!
