I just bought memory maker while signed into my disney account, but I can't tell if its linked in My disney experience. Is there a way to tell? Also how do I link everyone's magic bands to it as well?

    Hi Holly,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question, my fellow Canadian!

I’m happy to say that there is a relatively simple way to check to see whether your Memory Maker is properly linked to your My Disney Experience account. Simply navigate to the “My Plans” page. Under the “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets” heading, you’ll see that you can either click on your “Daily Itinerary” or “Tickets & Memory Maker” tab. When you click on the latter, you should be able to see whether you’ve been able to successfully link your Memory Maker package. If you don’t see it there, please click on “Add more plans” and put in the confirmation number you received by email when you made your purchase.

As for linking other people to your Memory Maker package, they already are linked to you via your “My Family & Friends” list. If they’re linked to you, you should be able to access their Disney PhotoPass pictures, too. Please note, however, that you’ll be the only person who will be able to download any pictures and your family and friends won’t be able to do so via their own accounts unless they purchase their own Memory Maker package.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
