    I bought Memory Maker for my party but on my brother’s app, it’s showing he has to pay for them. Also when other members in my party scan, I don’t get their pictures. How do I ensure all bands are linked?

    Hi Courtney!

    I'm glad to hear that you have added My Disney Experience to your vacation as it's the perfect way to save all of the magical family memories you will make together during your trip! Since you purchased Memory Maker, you are the only person who will be able to download photos and videos you capture using your Memory Maker entitlement. While you will have access to your brother's photos and you will be able to download them, unfortunately your brother will not be able to download photos using your Memory Maker entitlement from his My Disney Experience account. You are welcome to download photos using your Memory Maker entitlement and share them with him and the rest of your family, but in order for your brother to download pictures, you would need to log into My Disney Experience on his mobile app to allow him to download photos.

    You will be able to see and download all of the photos from the members of your Friends & Family List. In order to be able to see your family's photos, they need to enable photo sharing in My Disney Experience. To do this, everyone in your group should go to their My Disney Experience Friends & Family List, select your name and make sure that "My Disney PhotoPass Photos" is selected, which will allow you to view their photos. If you are using the My Disney Experience mobile app to download photos, be sure that your filter settings are allowing you to view everyone's photos by going into the photo view section of the app, selecting "Filter", navigating to the Friends & Family section and ensuring "View All" is selected.
