    I had bought the memory maker package when we went to florida a few weeks ago. How do I look at the pictures or how do i know if there is even any pictures available?

    Welcome to planDisney. Thank you for sending us your great question about Memory Maker — one of my favorite Walt Disney World Resort vacation enhancements! I hope you had a “picture perfect” Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

    Brandon, there are several ways for you to view your Memory Maker Photos. The simplest way is via the Disney PhotoPass website. Please visit this link to visit the Disney PhotoPass website and then click “Sign In” towards the top of the page. This site will allow you to preview all of the Disney PhotoPass photos from your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! You will also be able to download and share your favorite memories.

    Alternatively, you can view your Disney PhotoPass photos on the My Disney Experience mobile app. Please open the My Disney Experience mobile app, click on the three lines on the bottom right of your screen, and then choose “Photos” to view and download your Disney PhotoPass photos and videos.

    If you are having trouble locating your photos and you purchased Memory Maker in one of the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, you may need to link Memory Maker to your My Disney Experience account before you can begin downloading photos. Additionally, you may need to link any MagicBands or cards that you used when capturing Disney PhotoPass photos.
