My Disney Experience Account on the Walt Disney World website. Once logged in, go to the “My Plans” page. You will know you are in the right place if you see "Ashley's Plans and Tickets." Scroll until you see “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets,” then click on “Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker.” You’ll see tickets and passes for yourself and linked family and friends. Look for “Memory Maker Purchases” below that—here you’ll find any Memory Maker purchases that you have made. If it’s not there, contact a Cast Member in
Non-Reservation Support for additional assistance with the website.

My Disney Experience mobile app, then click “Activate,” and follow the onscreen prompts. Also, don’t forget to have everyone in your party linked through the
Family and Friends list. Memory Maker allows you to download photos for yourself and up to 25 people in your Family and Friends who are sharing media with you. Please come back if you need anything else.
