Say Cheese, Michael!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so happy to answer another one of your great questions today! Thank you for sending us your questions about
Memory Maker.
I absolutely love Memory Maker and recommend it to all Walt Disney World Resort Guests. Once you activate Memory Maker you have 30 days to capture Disney PhotoPass photos and videos. Memory Maker is activated when you download your first Disney PhotoPass photo or video.
Disney PhotoPass photos and videos also have their own expiration policy. Disney PhotoPass photos and videos expire 45 days after they are taken. Because of this, it is advised that you please download all your photos and videos before they expire. Please keep in mind that once they expire, they can no longer be purchased or downloaded.
Quick Tip: If your Memory Maker expires before the start of your next vacation, you will need to purchase it again.
Michael, I hope I have helped answer your questions. If you have any more questions or need further clarification about Memory Maker, please do not hesitate to contact me again.
Wishing you an
Unforgettable Vacation,
Priscila
