I bought memory maker. We have family traveling that are not staying on Disney property and not on our reservation. Can they used my memory maker? If yes how?

Hi, Rachel! What a great question! Thank you for bringing it to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

If the party that is not traveling with you has a My Disney Experience account, and they are linked to your account on the “My Family & Friends List”, then they will be able to see your Disney PhotoPass photos and vice-versa. However, when your friends see the images, they will have a watermark on them and they will not be able to download them. You will have access to their PhotoPass photos and will thus be able to download (and share) their photos providing that they have the proper permissions on their account and allow you to do so. If they prefer to download their PhotoPass photos themselves, then they will need to purchase Memory Maker or “a la carte” photos, which is always an option.

Last Spring, my family traveled with another family and we “shared” Memory Maker, which worked well but I did find it a hassle to always ask them to send the PhotoPass photos my way. In my opinion, Memory Maker is well worth the cost and I never travel to Walt Disney World Resort without it now!

    Have a magical vacation,

    Jen
