Hello! I've bought the Memory Maker, but will it only be available in a ticket booth (it's what is named Will Call isn't it?) or will I be able to retrieve it at the hotel? Thanks.

Hi Karine!

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your Memory Maker card will be available at any Will Call booth outside any of the theme parks. However, if you are staying at a Walt Disney World hotel and if your Memory Maker card number is already linked to your My Disney Experience account, then you technically do not need your Memory Maker card. Your pictures can be stored on your MagicBand. Just tap the Mickey Head from any Disney PhotoPass Photographer to your MagicBand, and you are all set! Just double check your My Disney Experience account to see if the card number was linked when you purchased it.
