While most wholly unused tickets can be applied toward the purchase of a new theme park ticket (of equal or greater value), I double-checked with a friendly Cast Member for your specific situation to be sure. After chatting with the Cast Member, they shared it would be best for you to reach out directly to the
Magic Key phone line at (714) 781-7277 for assistance. They are open every day from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time and will be able to look up your account and tell you exactly what your options may be.
It's a great time to be a Magic Key holder at the Disneyland Resort. There are so many wonderful things happening at the resort -
Halloween Time is currently in full swing which will be followed by the
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort. Not only that, the newly reimagined
San Fransokyo Square also recently opened with so many new and fantastic eats. I recently returned from a visit and was able to cross a few items off my must-try list as well as meet Baymax and give him a squishy hug. I was most definitely satisfied with my care.
