    I just bought magic key passes and I put the wrong names on the wrong pass. Can I switch them to the right person?

    Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for visiting us with a question about your Disneyland Resort Magic Key passes. I’m so glad you were lucky enough to purchase passes when they were available last week!

    I'm sorry to hear that an error was made during your Magic Key purchase transaction. Unfortunately, per the Magic Key Terms and Conditions, passes are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another person, even when they are unused. If you have further questions or need more clarification about this policy, you’re welcome to call the Magic Key Membership Services line at (714) 781-7277. You can also visit a Main Entrance Ticket Booth in the Esplanade between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park to speak with a Cast Member.
