    Hi! I bought a magic key pass for my husband and got the confirmation email but I’m not able to access it when I press the access e tickets I got a broken link message. What can I do to add his pass to my account? And be able to make reservations?

    Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question about Magic Key passes! I'm sorry to hear about the troubles you are experiencing with accessing your husband's new Magic Key! Sometimes Stitch breaks a link, but there other ways to add a pass to your Disneyland Resort account.

    If you haven't downloaded the Disneyland mobile app yet, then I suggest doing that first. Once you have done that, open the app and select "Tickets and Passes." At the top of that page, there will be a plus symbol. Click that, and then select "Link Tickets & Passes." Click on "Type ID" and then manually enter the Ticket Confirmation Number into the provided space. 

    This can also be done on the Disneyland website. At the top of the homepage, look for "My Disneyland." Under that header, there is a "Link Tickets" option. The Ticket Confirmation Number can be added there. 

    There are many things to love about being a Magic Key holder - the discounts on select merchandise and dining, access to Magic Key terrace, and my favorite, being able to visit the Happiest Place on Earth many times throughout the year! With a variety of fun-filled events planned at Disneyland throughout 2024, I hope your husband enjoys his new Magic Key pass!
