Lightning Lane Passes! Let's jump right to your question so you can make sure your reservations are good to go and you won't have any issues tapping into the magic of a shorter wait time on your favorite attractions!
Jeff, if you're on the
My Disney Experience mobile app, be sure you're logged into the account that is linked to your Lightning Lane Passes and click the three horizontal lines at the bottom right-hand side of the screen. From here, you should see a tile at the top right that says "Lightning Lane Passes." When you click on this tile, your existing Lightning Lane reservations should populate by date and time, and you should have the option to click on each one to view the details, modify the plan, or view the included party. If you don't see your existing reservations, I'd recommend reaching out by phone to a Cast Member at the
App and MagicBand Support phone number to make sure your reservations are confirmed and linked to your account.
One thing I did notice when looking at the app is that if you are on the home page and click Lightning Lane, it will not show you your current reservations; instead, it will default to a page with information about how to use and purchase the product. The home page is also where you'll see an option for "Upcoming Plans"; if you use this, it will default to today, but you can select "Change Day" at the top right to select a different day, and from here, you should also see your park reservations and any existing Lightning Lane selections.
