Happy New Year, Amy! As we say goodbye to 2025 and welcome all the possibilities of 2026, being immersed in the magic is a great way to kick it off!
With changing plans, you can modify the dates on your
Lightning Lane passes if they are still available. I checked the
My Disney Experience app, and Multi Passes are currently available on January 1 for the
Magic Kingdom,
Hollywood Studios and
Animal Kingdom Theme Park. This, of course, is subject to change.
Unfortunately, if you are trying to change a Lightning Lane Single Pass, these appear to be sold out for all attractions that offer them.
To change the date of your Multi Pass, open the app and tap the main menu button (the "☰" at the bottom of the screen). Under the Lightning Lane tile, select the pass you want to change and choose the prompt to modify it. You'll first be asked to select the Guests you wish to include in the change. After this, you will have the option to choose a date, theme park, and three attractions, all subject to availability.
If you meant you wanted to change the date of your
theme park ticket, you can do this as well, subject to availability. Under "
My Plans and Tickets," scroll to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" and select the "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" tab. Find your ticket, and there should be a "Change Tickets" link. Follow the prompts to change the date.
If changing either the Lightning Lane pass or your theme park admission results in a higher cost, you will be guided through the payment process for the difference.
