    i bought a light saber at hollywood studios a week ago and once i left the park it didn’t work and once i got home i changed the batteries several times and it still doesn’t work

    I know that you must love your Lightsaber that you purchased at Disney's Hollywood Studios and I am sorry to hear that the Dark Side has messed with it! 

    If replacing the batteries doesn't make your Lightsaber spark back to life, you can contact the Walt Disney World Online Merchandise Guest Support Center at 1-877-560-6477 (9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time from Monday to Friday) or by email at merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com.
