    I just bought a light saber in August and it is not working. I changed the batteries, realigned the crystal, and removed the blade and reinserted it and it is still not working. I do not live in LA. What are my options?

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the lightsaber you’ve built in August. It must be frustrating that it is not working properly. I checked with the Gatherers at Savi’s Workshop and they recommend that you send an email to a friendly Cast Member who can assist you. In the email form, under “subject line”, be sure to choose “Disneyland Resort Merchandise”. Simply describe the issues you’re having with your lightsaber and click “Send” on the bottom. You’ll soon receive a response from a Cast Member who will provide you with options on what to do.
