    I bought a legacy lightsaber, upon putting it together, it hasn't been manufactured correctly. I bought Mace Windu's. and the blade will not sit in the chamber correctly, and sticks out. I would like to exchange this, and am requesting the info how

    Did you take a trip to Batuu to experience building your own custom lightsaber at  Savi’s Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsabers. This unique experience is such a fun and creative way to take home a customized souvenir from Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge! 

    I'm so sorry to hear that your blade is not fitting properly in the hilt. We need to fix it up in case you need to use it in an epic battle against the Dark Side! I recommend calling Merchandise Guest Services at (877) 560-6477 to see if they can locate the individual piece that needs to be replaced. 

    Another option is visiting the Star Wars Trading Post located on the west end of the Downtown Disney District. Walt Disney Imagineers have created a retail location inspired by a hidden jungle Resistance base! It even features Rey’s iconic speeder prominently displayed at the entrance. Inside you’ll find an assortment of merchandise from classic Star Wars, Galaxy’s Edge and The Mandolorian. They even sell Legacy Lightsabers! So you may find what you’re looking for there!
