Rey and Kylo Ren on Starcruiser

    I bought Kylo Ren’s Legacy Lightsaber from Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities, and upon trying to turn it on it didn’t work. I thought it may have just been the batteries so I swapped them out but it still doesn’t work. Is it possible for you to send a new one

    I hope that you enjoyed your most recent venture to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. I could sure go for a Ronto Wrap from Ronto Roasters right about now. A tall glass of blue milk from the Milk Stand wouldn't be a bad idea either!

    I'm so sorry to hear that your Kylo Ren Legacy Lightsaber isn't working properly. The First Order is known for getting its lightsaber materials from "shady" sources. However, the good folks at Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities usually make sure their products are up to industry standards. 

    I've just received a radio call from my contact in Batuu, and they suggested that you call Merchandise Guest Services at (800) 328-0327 between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (EST). You'll be able to speak to a friendly Cast Member and they can advise you from there.
