Hello! I bought 2 individual tickets on this site and can’t seem to see how to get them . We are planning a day trip to Disney on or near March 26. Thank you for your help!

Hey, Carol and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

March is a beautiful time of year at Walt Disney World Resort with comfortable temperatures, longer theme park hours, and the 2019 Epcot® International Flower & Garden Festival in full bloom. You will have a wonderful enchanted time at the place "where dreams come true."

Since you purchased your tickets on the Walt Disney World Resort website they should be linked in your Disney account through My Disney Experience. With tickets linked you can begin the exciting adventure of making your FastPass+ selections.

In order to get a physical ticket to be able to enter the theme parks, you have a few options. First, you may pick up a plastic admission card at any ticket window at the theme parks. Second, by purchasing a MagicBand and linking it to your My Disney Experience account your tickets will automatically be connected to the MagicBand. Lastly, you may call Existing Tickets at (407) 566-4985 and request that an admission card is sent to your home. Ticket delivery time could take a couple of weeks so please plan accordingly.

Disney Dad Tip: I suggest arriving at the theme parks about 75 minutes before they are officially open. Crowds are lowest in the early morning then build throughout the day.

Carol, enjoy making many Magical Memories.
