50th Anniversary Celebration right now. I love visiting EPCOT this time of year because the
International Flower & Garden Festival is in full bloom. Be sure to check out the topiaries and butterfly display while you are there.
Disney Genie+ and the
Individual Lightning Lane services allow Guests to minimize their wait time for some of the most popular rides, attractions, and experiences in Disney Theme Parks. It looks like you were lucky enough to book an Individual Lightning Lane experience today. Oh, bother! I am so sorry to hear that your experience was for an attraction in another park. I would suggest that if you have the Park Hopper Option included in your tickets, hop over to that park after 2:00 PM to enjoy the ride.
It sounds to me like park hopping may not be an option for you, so I would suggest that you speak to a member of the
Guest Experience Team today and explain your situation. You can find them under a blue tent, in various locations around the parks. If you let them know that you mistakenly booked an Individual Lightning Lane experience in a different park. They should be able to issue a refund to you to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, at this time there is no way to reschedule this experience in the app that is guaranteed. You can book that particular experience again on the day you will be visiting that park.
