I just bought the Image Key and want to upgrade to the Enchant Key how do I do this? I haven't used my pass yet.

Hey there, Hi there, Ho there, Yesenia!

I love connecting with fellow Magic Key holders. Congratulations on getting  your Imagine Key while it was available this month! I enjoyed my Imagine Key for years. It’s a true diamond in the rough for us Southern Californians who prefer to hop a carpet and fly to the parks on a weekdays.

But it sounds like you’re ready to unlock the phenomenal cosmic powers (without the itty-bitty living space) of the Enchant Key. While I’d love to be your wish-granter, Magic Keys are currently on a whole new world of a pause. This means new purchases and upgrades are unavailable at the moment.

But don’t worry, Yesenia! When Magic Key sales reopen, you’ll be able to upgrade your Imagine Key to an Enchant Key at the ticket booths. Just keep in mind, you’ll need to pay the full difference upfront, as payment plans aren’t offered for upgrades.

I hope this helps you prepare for when those Magic Key tiers become available again, Yesenia! If you have any more questions, you don't’ need to go over, sideways, and under to find the answers. Just fly back and ask us another question.

We’re on the job, you big nabob!
