I bought a hotel reservation with two park day tickets, I don't see them in my account.

    Hi there, Jennie!

Welcome to planDisney! We're so happy you found your way to us with your question. It sounds like you have a very magical visit about to start in just a few days. Let's take a spin in a tea cup and find your reservation and park tickets together!

It sounds like you have purchased a Disneyland Resort Hotel Vacation Package, which includes both hotel accommodation and park tickets. You are going to love staying in the Disney bubble! As a planner at heart myself, not seeing those tickets in your account right away can be a bit unsettling, but I recently confirmed with a Cast Member that the travel e-packages will be digitally delivered to your linked account 2 days ahead of your arrival.

There are a few things you can do ahead of time to prepare for your visit to ensure those Disneyland ducks are in a row. When booking your vacation package, you should have received a confirmation number. You will want to ensure this is linked to your Disneyland account, which is easily done on the website or via the app. If you head into the app, tap the three-line icon in the bottom right-hand corner and scroll to "Hotel Reservations". Here, you will enter this confirmation number, your last name, and your date of arrival. Once linked, the system will register that you have a vacation package and ensure those tickets are delivered to you on time. Additionally, you will be able to make theme park reservations, which I recommend doing as soon as possible, if you haven't already, as spring break is in full swing.

To make the reservations, tap the "+" in the bottom navigation bar of the app and select "Make a Park Reservation". Follow the instructions from here and you should be all set! As of this morning, the calendar looks pretty open, so I'm hoping you won't have issues selecting your preferred date and park. If you are staying at one of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels, I highly recommend checking which park is open for Early Entry during each day of your trip and aligning your reservations to that park. This is usually displayed in the Park Hours. This will allow you to take advantage of 30 magical minutes in the park ahead of opening to head to some of your favorite attractions. While only select areas of the park are open at this time, it's a great way to get a step ahead of the crowd.

Jennie, I hope we've shed some pixie dust on your question today. If you need any more tips and tricks for a magical day, please come back to see us here at planDisney. We are always happy to help a fellow Guest.

    See ya real soon,
    Tara
