    I bought a four day pass and only used two days. Now the remaining days aren’t showing up on the app and I can’t find the physical version. How do I get these passes so that I can make a reservation?

    Seems as though you have already spent two days at Walt Disney World Resort enjoying The World's Most Magical Celebration. I hope you had a chance to find some of the Disney Fab 50 Character Collection statues located in all four theme parks. My favorite is Donald Duck found in front of Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom Park.

    Gawrsh! We need to jump right into this situation as your 4-day Theme Park Ticket does have an expiration. Once you entered your first theme park, your ticket expires 7 days later. It is however not all bad news, the unused portion of an expired ticket may be used towards the purchase of a new valid theme park ticket as long as it is of equal or greater value. Since you are having issues locating this ticket, I suggest you make a call to the Existing Ticket Help Center with your name and form of purchase for assistance. Call wait times have been long, I suggest calling early or late in the day. Conversely, if you are in the area, stop by The Ticket Center at Disney Springs for help with all ticket matters.  Once your ticket is secured, head straight to Disney Park Pass reservation page to secure new dates. Here is the availability calendar to help choose a new visit.

    Make it back in time to enjoy the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. Grab a treat from one of the many outdoor kitchens to enjoy while strolling the park admiring the beautiful flowers and living topiaries.
