Hi there, Joaquin!
The names associated with your
Disney eTickets are a convenient way to help you keep track of who is using which ticket during your visit. So when you leave and re-enter a theme park or redeem a
Lightning Lane return time, you’ll know who should present which ticket. If the name on a ticket doesn’t match the name of the person actually using it, you should still be fine. If you do wish to make a change to the names on the tickets, you may contact a Cast Member with the
Tickets phone line or via the chat feature in the
Disneyland mobile app. Be sure to have your ticket confirmation number handy, and possibly your original form of payment.
Note that each Guest using a
California Resident 3-Day Ticket will still need to provide proof of eligibility. For adults, that should be a valid government-issued photo ID that includes a current address. The ID is usually only needed when first activating an eTicket. After that, the photo taken of the Guest at the theme park entrance and digitally linked to the ticket will serve as verification of who is allowed to use that ticket.
Tony’s Tip: To help you keep straight who uses which ticket, I recommend writing the name of each Guest on the ticket card that is printed and given to each Guest when activating an eTicket. You may check the ticket number on the cards against the ticket number of the tickets displayed in the
Disneyland mobile app to help remember who is using which ticket.
I hope you have a magical summer visiting the Disneyland Resort, Joaquin!
