Hi there, Carol! Welcome to planDisney from a fellow Floridian!
Oh, bother! As much as we love making vacation plans, sometimes we find we have to change them. Luckily, when our plans include a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, we have the flexibility to make changes when we need to. When it comes to your
Florida Resident Tickets, we can take a peek at your My Disney Experience account, and hopefully make those changes spit-spot!
First, let's fire up the
My Disney Experience app on your phone and look for the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of your screen. Click there, and then on "Tickets and Passes." You should see all of your tickets there, with the type of ticket and expiration date listed. If it's able to be changed online, you should see a prompt that says something like "Modify" or "Change Ticket." That would give you the option to change the start date of that ticket. Depending on the type of ticket you have, you may not be able to make changes online. In that case, you'll want to
call Disney's Guest Services at the Existing Tickets number and have a Cast Member walk through your options with you.
Carol, don't forget to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations when you've got your ticket dates squared away. I'd also take a quick look at the
Availability Calendar to check the parks you plan to visit each day. Then you'll be ready to make the most of your Disney days!
I hope this helps you plan a magical visit to Walt Disney World, Carol. Please don't hesitate to stop by and see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
