Hello there, Kayla!
It sounds like you are a Walt Disney World Vacation planning pro, from purchasing tickets to adding your family to your
“My Family & Friends List.” Now let’s try to figure out why everyone’s
park tickets aren’t showing up in their accounts. Kayla, if you are using the
My Disney Experience mobile app and experiencing trouble, sometimes I switch to using my computer to do my vacation planning.
First, let’s make sure your tickets are linked to your account. On your My Disney Experience account, select
“Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker” under “My Plans” to see your tickets. You should see your tickets and be able to reassign them to each person in your party. If your tickets don’t appear, you can
link them manually with your Confirmation number.
Kayla, I believe there was one time when my family couldn’t see all of their plans when they didn’t completely accept the “My Family & Friends List” request. Make sure that each person in your party received the email notification and chose to accept the invitation. Once the members of your party accept the invitation, you’ll see a tick next to their name in your Family & Friends list.
If this doesn’t work, I recommend that you give a
Cast Member with Existing Tickets a call to discuss your situation. They may be able to peer into your account and figure out what may be going wrong with a bit of pixie dust.
May the magic be with you!Melanie
