We bought family tickets to Disneyland and picked one date, but when we went to reservations for that day, it was all filled up.So we just had our reservations for another day.Is there a date embedded on our ticket? I don't see a date on the ticket

    Hey there, Jaclyn!

Welcome to planDisney, I’m Shantel and I will be more than happy to help.

As you prepare to Return to a Land of Magic, there are a few things to keep in mind. You will not only need valid Theme Park ticket, but a valid Theme Park Reservation as well. It does sound like you’ve already taken care of both, perfect!

Now, although your ticket doesn’t have an actual date on it, there is a way to check to see which dates your ticket is valid for. Depending on which tiered ticket you purchased, select dates will be available for you to book. You can always check your available dates here, so if you ever need to change your reservation you can.

Jaclyn, I do hope this helps you finalize your trip. Keep in mind, the Disneyland Resort is currently only available to California residents and proof of identification may be asked for at the gates.

If you have any other questions, you know where to find us!

Meet the Panelist: Shantel, Alabama

Hi ya Pals! I'm Shantel, an Army wife and mom of two. I grew up going to the parks, and now we're sharing that tradition with our kids. When I am not visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm at home researching and planning for our next trip. One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for! I cannot wait to answer your questions and help make your vacation even more magical!
