    I bought the family magic bands for upcoming trip to Disney World and they did not arrive in time so I contacted Disney and they sent me out new ones. They told me they deactivated the 1st ones. Is there a way to reactivate them?

    Hello Birgit, and welcome back to planDisney.  It's so good to see you back here once again.

    I'm tiggerifically excited to hear your whole family is all set to arrive at Walt Disney World Resort in only a few days' time on January 1st, 2023!  I can just imagine how bubbly with joy you all must be feeling as you count down the last remaining days until you head to the most magical place on earth.  With this in mind, you may wish to take a peek at our Panel Extras - Countdown to your Disney Vacation for some fun ideas and suggestions.

    I'm happy to know your MagicBands finally arrived in the mail just in time for your upcoming new year vacation!  Typically, Guests are able to manage any MagicBand+ or MagicBands successfully linked to their My Disney Experience account by simply logging into their account, or by stopping by any Guest Relations location at Walt Disney World Resort where Cast members would be more than happy to assist.

    To manage any MagicBand+ or MagicBands already successfully linked to your My Disney Experience account -

     - Log into your My Disney Experience Mobile App
     - Using the 3 horizontal lines icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, head to the MagicBands and More square
     - Select which Guest Profile you wish to review
     - Then go ahead and select which MagicBand+ or MagicBand you wish to Activate or Deactivate using the on-screen buttons
