Magic Key Passes? What an amazing gift! But, it does sound like a predicament to have multiple passes assigned to the same Guest. The
terms and conditions of the Magic Key Program do indicate that passes are non-refundable, but if they have not yet been activated or scanned at park entry you may have some options available to you. The Cast Members in Guest Services will be able to help you sort out the details of your specific circumstances. I suggest reaching out to them by locating the "Magic Key Holders" phone number in the
Contact Center, or you can initiate a live chat with a Cast Member through the
Disneyland mobile app. You may want to have the confirmation numbers for both purchases on hand, just in case they need to reference them.
