Hi Mariceli,
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and welcome to the passholder family. Being a
Florida Resident annual passholder is awesome. Not only do you get many days of admission to the theme parks over the next 12 months, but you also will be able to take advantage of a wide range of
passholder benefits and discounts.
If I understand your question correctly, you purchased annual passes for several members of your family but one member, Daniel, has not yet activated his pass. Passes are valid for one year from first use, so he still has a full year of Disney fun ahead of him.
When you activate a specially priced Florida Resident pass, each adult must show proof of a Florida address. That
proof of residency usually is a drivers license, state ID or a Florida-based military ID, but if you don't have those, other forms of ID can be used.
What I don't know from your question is how old Daniel is. If he is an adult, I would think he could activate the pass on his own. If he is a minor, however, it is likely that you would need to be with him to show the proof of residency.
Because you have an unusual situation, Mariceli, you may want to call the special line dedicated to passholders, (407) 939-7277. You also can
email passholder support, but I think you may have a faster resolution if you call.
And here's a reminder from a long-time passholder: Make sure you indicate that you are a passholder whenever you buy a meal, a souvenir, a special events ticket or book a resort reservation to take advantage of every possible discount.
Thanks again for your question. I hope my answer helps you get a resolution for your issue so that your family can all enjoy a Walt Disney World visit together real soon. Enjoy!
Wilma
