I bought my e-tickets to Disneyland. However, when I went to link them I realized I bought 2-day 1 park tickets instead of 2-day 2 park tickets. We would like to go to each park, one per day. How can I fix this? Thanks for your help...

Hey there, hi there, Debbie! Welcome to planDisney! We appreciate you stopping by to ask us a question!

I'm excited to see you will be at The Happiest Place on Earth so very soon! If I understand you correctly, I think you have the correct tickets you are wanting. Disneyland Resort has two standard ticket types, a one park per day ticket and a park hopper ticket. You mentioned you purchased a 2-day one park per day ticket. This would mean that you would be able to visit one park each day of the allotted days on your ticket. If you purchased them from the Disneyland website, it would have asked you to pick the two dates you want to visit the park and then which park you want to visit for each day.

The other option would be a park hopper ticket. This would mean that for your two days you would be able to start the day in one park and then at 1:00 p.m. you would be able to hop back and forth between either park.

If you want to upgrade your one park per day tickets to park hopper tickets, you would need to contact Ticket Services and inquire with them. However, I think you actually have the tickets you want. Just make sure that you have theme park ticket reservations for your days and parks as this is required for entry along with your tickets.

You'll be in the parks during Halloween time, so be sure to check out the fun offerings taking place!

Debbie, thanks for stopping by! See you real soon!
