    We bought droids at the droid depot recently . They are not working. How can I contact someone about this?

    Hello Kate!

    I know that you must love the Droids that you built at the Droid Depot in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disney's Hollywood Studios and I am sorry to hear that the Dark Side has messed with them! 

    First, I would recommend changing the batteries in your Droids (6 AA batteries inside each Droid) and the controller (two AAA batteries in each controller). If replacing the batteries doesn't make your Droids spark back to life, you can contact the Walt Disney World Online Merchandise Guest Support Center at 1-877-560-6477 (9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time from Monday to Friday) or by email at merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com.
