My first suggestion would be for you to check the receipt that you received when you purchased the accessories for your droid — there may be a number or an email that you can call or write to. That information on your receipt would be the best to start with. If you do not have contact information, or if you no longer have your receipt, I would then point you in the direction of the Cast Members that specialize in merchandise services. To get in touch with them, send an email to merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com. Be sure to check your spam email when waiting for a response from them too. If you visit the
