    Hiya, Denise!

Welcome to planDisney. Thank you so much for stopping by, and thank you for your service. Oh boy! It looks like your magical Disney vacation is just around the riverbend. So, I'll get right to your answer so you can focus on getting ready for your trip.

Denise, the first thing you want to do is to make sure you have a My Disney Experience account.  If you do, then you can log into your account either on a desktop/laptop computer or on your mobile phone.  I will walk you through linking these tickets to your My Disney Experience account in both of these devices (you just need to do it with one.)  And then, once the tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account, they will be automatically connected to your MagicBand+, as long as your Magic Band+ is linked to your My Disney Experience account.  If it is not, you can also link it on your own or you can stop by Guest Services when you arrive, and they can add your band to your account for you.

A couple of important things to note:
    1. Even after linking your ticket to your My Disney Experience account, you will still need to activate your tickets at the theme park ticket window when you arrive. You will need to present your or your spouse's valid military ID to the Guest Services window.

    2. You will need to make Theme Park Reservations when using Military Tickets for the days on which you will be entering the parks. You can only do this once your tickets are linked, which is why we will do that step first. But after you link your tickets, just follow the prompts to make Theme Park Reservations for each of the days you plan to visit the theme parks.

To link your tickets on My Disney Experience on a desktop or a laptop:
    • Log in to your My Disney Experience account.
    • Click on your profile, and then go to "Memberships and Passes" and click on "Link Main Entrance Pass."
    • From here, you can enter your last name and your ticket ID, which should be on the back of your ticket.
To link your tickets on My Disney Experience on mobile:
    • Log in to your My Disney Experience account on the app.
    • Click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner, and click on the "My Tikckets & Passes" box.
    • Select the plus in a blue circle in the top right corner and click on Link Tickets & Passes."
    • You can either use your camera to scan the bar code of your ticket, tap the ticket using the scanner, or type the ID number (same as you would on the desktop.)
Repeat these steps for each of the tickets. Now, once you have done this, you can check to see if your MagicBand+ is connected.  To do this:
    • Click on the three horizontal lines and scroll to the "Account" section.
    • Select "Magic Bands and Cards" and you can see which bands are assigned to each person. If you need to link a new band, click on the person and select "link", and follow those prompts to link the Magic Band+.
The last step is that you will want to make Theme Park Reservations.  You can go to this page and follow the prompts to make reservations for each of your park days.

I hope this helps you, Denise! If you have any further questions, soar back here to see me and I'll be so happy to help you.

    Magically Yours,
    Keri
