I bought disneyland tickets through the website, where can I find my reservation confirmation?

Hi Marlene! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so thrilled to hear that you have a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth coming up soon! It's been such a magical place for me and my family, where troubles seem far away.

Thanks for asking this great question about locating your reservation. If you purchased theme park tickets on the Disneyland website, you should have received an email confirmation with a link to "Access Your eTickets" in the email. This link should allow you to view your theme park tickets, as well as your ticket ID numbers (located underneath the barcode).

To make your theme park reservations, you'll need to first link your theme park ticket to your Disney Account using those ticket ID numbers. Simply hover over "My Disneyland" at the top of the Disneyland website and select "Link Tickets and Passes." You'll then be asked to enter your ticket ID number. After your tickets are linked, head over to "Make or Modify Park Reservations" and select "Book Theme Park Reservation" to begin the selection process. This is also where you'll see any park reservations you currently have booked. I'm happy to share that you can also change your reservation dates at any time, Marlene, if there's availability. You can do this in either the Disneyland app (from the ☰, select "Park Reservations" under Plan My Next Visit) or on the Disneyland website.

If you're still feeling stuck and need further assistance locating your reservation confirmation, Marlene, you can always reach out to Guest Services either by giving them a call or initiating a chat from the "Help" page on the Disneyland website. The help chat box hovers on the right-hand side of your screen and is a great resource to connect with a friendly Cast Member who can assist you. I use it all the time!

Marlene, I'm so excited about your upcoming visit to the Happiest Place on Earth during the most magical season of the year where you'll get to experience themed entertainment and attractions like "it's a small world" Holiday and Festive Food Marketplace - my favorite! I love trying all the diverse eats and treats throughout California Adventure. It is a small world after all when you can enjoy bites from around the globe! Make sure to check out the recently released Foodie Guide on the Disney Parks Blog before your visit and start creating your must-try list! Good luck narrowing it down!

Well, Marlene, I hope this information has been helpful and you'll be immersed in the magic very soon! If any other questions come up in your planning, like how to utilize the Disneyland app in the parks or where to find my favorite seasonal treats, please don't hesitate to reach out again!

    Warmest wishes,
    McCayla
