    I bought Disneyland tickets on the web and my confirmation email came with QR codes. Online answers suggest I was supposed to receive an email with a barcode to add to my Disneyland app but I didn't. How do I get a barcode?

    I’m so excited that you are just about set to enjoy a magical visit to the   Disneyland Resort. When I recently purchased theme park tickets for my family, I believe I had a similar experience. Though my confirmation email arrived, I didn’t have any ticket number barcodes to scan. Fortunately, the tickets were automatically associated with my Disneyland Resort account when I logged in using that account within the Disneyland app. Normally, you should see your tickets within the “Tickets and Passes” section of the app. If they aren’t there, here are a few suggestions to consider:

    • Visit the app store for your device to make sure you are using the latest version of the Disneyland app.
    • Log out of your account in the app and log back in. Make sure to use the same account used during your ticket purchase.
    • Hopefully it doesn’t come to this, but sometimes deleting and reinstalling the Disneyland app helps with situations like this.
    • If all else fails, you may contact the Website Support line for additional assistance.

    Tony’s Tip: During your visit, you’ll want to use the Disneyland app to access your tickets, of course. I also highly recommend using it for Mobile Food & Beverage Orders. You can even plan ahead and select pickup times later in the day as soon as you know what you want to order.
