Hi Janessa,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for taking the time to send us your question. I am happy to see you are planning a visit to Disneyland Resort, hopefully you will be back at the Happiest Place on Earth soon!
Since the
temporary closure of Disneyland Resort last year, most Theme Park Tickets have had the expiration date automatically extended until December 16, 2021. I suggest linking your Theme Park Tickets to your
Disney Account and once they are linked, try to make your
Theme Park Reservations. If you experience difficulty when linking your Theme Park Tickets or the expiry date hasn't changed, you will need to contact
Ticket Services and speak with a Cast Member who will be able to assist with your Theme Park Tickets in real time.
If by chance you are unable to visit prior to the new expiry date, don't worry Janessa. The value of your Theme Park Ticket can be used toward the purchase of a new Theme Park Admission, all you need to do is call Ticket Services and they will be happy to assist with this process.
I hope this information is useful, Janessa. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back to
planDisney, we are always happy to help.
