I bought Disneyland tickets planning on coming for 3 Days starting May 8th. Am I able to change those reservations to sometime in october?

Hey there Lisa! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your reservation question.

I'm sorry to hear that your upcoming trip plans may not work out. Theme park ticket reservations can absolutely be canceled and then rebook the reservations for new dates. I'd be happy to walk you through the steps to cancel your reservations.

To start, head to the Disneyland website and log in to your account. Next, you can hover over the "My Disneyland" menu tab and select "Ticket and Reservation Details". On this page, click on "View My Park Reservations". This will bring you to a page that will show your upcoming theme park ticket reservations. From there you should see the option to cancel on the righthand side. Click the reservation you wish to cancel and you will confirm it on the following pages. Since theme park ticket reservations can be booked 120 days out, you will have to wait a bit before you can make your new reservations for October.

When the time comes you will head to "Ticket and Reservation Details" again and this time click on "Make Park Reservations" and follow the prompts to book your trip. October is one of my family's favorite times to visit the park. The summer heat starts to wear off and fun Halloween decorations can be found everywhere, including Cars Land. This land always has the best holiday decor in my opinion.

You can also cancel and book reservations through the Disneyland app

Lisa, I hope this information helps you out. Be sure to stop by if you have any other questions! We love helping Guests plan their magical experiences at The Happiest Place on Earth!
