Hello and welcome to planDisney, Hunter!
Thank you for visiting us today with a great question about theme park tickets. As a fellow international Guest who also had to change vacation plans due to the pandemic, I know how tricky it can be to select new travel dates, reschedule flights, hotels reservations, and figure out how to go about theme park tickets.
Although the Walt Disney World and the Disneyland Resort are part of the Disney family, they are separate resorts managed independently, so it is not possible to use your Disneyland Resort tickets at the Walt Disney World Resort. However, did you know that unused single-day tickets and wholly unused multi-day tickets are valid for a future visit until their expiration date? Even after your tickets expire, you can apply the amount paid for wholly unused tickets towards purchasing new admission for a future date! The new ticket price must be equal to or greater than the amount previously paid, so you may have to pay for additional charges. Don't hesitate to get in touch with the Disneyland Resort for assistance with your existing tickets.
planDisney tip: If you decide to visit the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, you are welcome to
purchase your tickets online or contact your trusted travel professional in Canada. All Guests ages three and older are currently required to have both valid admission and a
theme park reservation for the same park on the same day, so remember to check
Theme Park Reservation Availability to plan your visit accordingly.
I hope this information is helpful, Hunter! Come back to visit if you have additional questions, we are delighted to help!
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
