Hey Bryan!
Welcome to
planDisney!
I see you’re right in the middle of planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth. I am so sorry to hear that you’ve had an unfortunate family emergency and will not be able to make your trip this year. As you know, the Disneyland Resort does not offer refunds on theme park tickets. On the website it states “All tickets, and associated features and entitlements such as the Park Hopper entitlement, are nonrefundable, nontransferable, revocable, and may not be redeemed for cash.” You could try calling
Ticket Services and explaining your situation to see if there’s anything a Cast Member can do for you.
Another option would be to reschedule your trip to different dates before the tickets expire. If your theme park tickets were to expire before you could use them you could always use the value paid towards the purchase of new tickets. W
hen you're ready to purchase new tickets, you would need to take your tickets to one of the ticket booths in the Esplanade between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park .
Well Bryan, I hope everything turns out okay and if you have any other questions for us please let us know.
Remember, always believe in the Magic!
