G'day Amanda, and welcome to planDisney! Golly, it sounds like you'll be visiting the Disneyland Resort during the most magical time of year, the holidays! There will be
festive fun throughout the Resort, like the Christmas Fantasy Parade, "Believe...In Holiday Magic" Fireworks Spectacular, and more. I'm jolly just thinking about it!
I'm glad that you already secured your tickets and linked them in the Disneyland mobile app, Amanda. You are right, it's a tad too early to book your theme park reservations – they are generally available on a rolling basis up to six months in advance. So check again in a month or so for mid-November dates.
Let's get back to what you can expect during your November visit. Imagine a towering, beautifully decorated tree with thousands of ornaments. Sleeping Beauty Castle can be seen in the distance, topped with "snow" and draped in lights. Garland and wreaths are plentiful, and Mickey and his pals are dressed in festive holiday outfits. "it's a small world" and the Haunted Mansion have been transformed for the season. And at night, there are thousands of twinkling lights. Doesn't it all sound magical? California Adventure is also extra merry this time of year – there's even a holiday version of
World of Color! Of course, any visit should include tasty treats. Keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog as your trip gets closer – check in early November to look for a foodie guide that highlights all the seasonal food and beverage options.
Amanda, have you heard that
Bluey will be coming to the Disneyland Resort this year? Wackadoo! We're still waiting for more details about how the Heeler family will interact with Guests and when, but I'm sure it will be fun. Follow
Disneyland on Instagram for updates on this exciting addition. Depending on the timing of your trip, you might be able to add this to your itinerary.
The countdown is on, Amanda! As you continue planning, please
reach out with any questions. We're always happy to help here at planDisney!
Wishing you magic,
Kriss
