I bought Disneyland passes for friends, how can i transfer it to them so they don't me to visit since it was bought on my account?

    Hey, Stacy!

Wow, what a magical friend you must be to gift a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. Your friends are in for such a treat this weekend ... and maybe a few tricks as Halloween Time has landed at the Disneyland Resort!

With just a few taps of your magic wand ... I mean, in your Disneyland app, you can easily link theme park tickets between accounts. This will allow your friends the flexibility of entering and exiting the parks and booking Lightning Lanes without you. First things first, everyone will need their own Disneyland account. The easiest way to link tickets is for everyone to head to the Disneyland app, logging in with their own credentials. Tap the three-line icon in the bottom right-hand corner and select "My Tickets and Passes". You will stay here while your friends will continue to tap the "+" in the top right-hand corner to "Link Tickets and Passes". If you are with your friends, they can choose "Camera" and simply scan the barcode for their particular ticket from your phone. If you are not together, send them the ticket ID number located under the barcode. They can choose "Type ID" to enter it manually. If they plan to add Lightning Lane Multi Pass and would like to book Lightning Lanes together, I would recommend that they all link to each other as well, using the same process.

With the ghouls and ghosts of Halloween Time all around, they may want to check out some of the offerings ahead of their visit, particularly when it comes to some of the sweets! The Disney Parks Blog Halloween Time Foodie Guide is a must-read to get a lay of the land when it comes to seasonal offerings and fall flavors. If they have any must-see characters, the blog also has a guide to where you can see some of your favorite pals in their Halloween costumes! You can even find out where and when to find these characters in the parks directly in the Disneyland app. Direct your friends to the pinpoint icon in the bottom navigation bar to pull up the park map, and they filter along the top to "Characters" to see who is meeting for the day and when!

Stacy, I hope this has been helpful! If you and or your friends have any more questions when it comes to planning a Disneyland day, we'd love to see you again!

    Magic awaits!
