Hi Francisco!
Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney! We're so glad that you're hEAR. I'm a Military spouse myself, and I'm happy to be your planEAR today!
I think the best way to celebrate getting out of the house after these last two crazy yEARs is by getting a healthy dose of magic and fun at The Happiest Place on Earth! When Mickey was finally able to open up the gates to welcome all of his friends again, quite a few
health and safety changes were made that are still in place. The biggest is that guests now need to make
Park Pass Reservations prior to their visit which basically say which park you're going to play in that day if you have a 1-park per day ticket. Guests with Park Hopper Tickets, including the wonderful
U.S. Military Promotional Park Hopper Tickets, will use the Park Pass Reservation system to notate which theme park they are going to start their Disney days in and are allowed to hop to the other park starting at 1:00 PM PST. In fact, hEARs the
Park Pass Reservation Calendar so you can plan your upcoming visit.
In your case, Francisco, you're going to need to call the
Disneyland Resort Ticket help line about your tickets. I sadly don't have the proper magic mirror to see your tickets, but the Cast Members on this phone line will absolutely be able to help. They can help either reissue Military tickets that are valid for this year's promotion so that you can make Park Pass Reservations and plan some fun in the Southern California Sun, or they can help figure out any refunds if your tickets were partially-used in the first few months of their original purchase yEAR. Their phone number is (714) 781-4636.
I hope that this helped to clEAR up your question, Francisco! Be sure to check out the
official planDisney Instagram account for all kinds of tips and tricks. We even just launched a
brand new planDisney Podcast! And if you have any more Disneyland Resort ticket or reopening questions, We're All Ears!
