Hey there, Jennifer!
Thanks for visiting
planDisney and asking us your
Disneyland Resort question. I’m sorry to hear that your pixie-dusted plans were postponed in 2020, but the good news is that you’ll have a chance to make up for lost time this year!
If you purchased promotional military
theme park tickets in 2020, the expiration date has indeed been extended. These tickets are now valid through December 16, 2021 due to the theme park closures. You can still use your tickets on consecutive or non-consecutive days until then, pending
theme park reservation availability, but please remember that any previous blockout days will still apply.
If you haven’t already done so, you’ll need to link the tickets to your Disney account. Download and open the
Disneyland mobile app and tap the icon that looks like three horizontal lines to reach the main menu. Tap "Tickets and Passes" and then the “+” symbol. Tap “Link Tickets & Passes'' to scan the barcode for each ticket with your smartphone’s camera or type in the ticket ID numbers. Once your tickets are successfully linked, you can verify their new expiration date. Select “Ticket and Reservation Details'' and then “Make Park Reservations” to pick an available reservation date and confirm your plans!
I hope this helps, Jennifer, and that you’re able to make arrangements for your long-awaited pixie-dusted visit to the Happiest Place on Earth soon! Please feel free to send us more questions as your trip approaches.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
